GradeNeeded

Accessibility Statement

GradeNeeded's accessibility commitment, feedback channel, and support options for users with disabilities.

GradeNeeded is a student planning tool. It does not replace your syllabus, instructor, school, official gradebook, or advisor.

Commitment

GradeNeeded aims to provide a student planner, calculator, and study experience that is usable by as many people as possible, including users who rely on keyboard navigation, screen readers, captions, browser zoom, color contrast, reduced motion settings, and other assistive technologies.

Standards we aim for

GradeNeeded works toward substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical for a modern web application. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement, not a one-time checklist. Some third-party tools, including authentication, payments, support chat, analytics, advertising, AI providers, and browser push infrastructure, may have separate accessibility behavior controlled by those providers.

Known limits

GradeNeeded changes frequently as features are added. Some early-access features, generated AI content, uploaded documents supplied by users, third-party widgets, or older pages may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as the core experience. GradeNeeded does not guarantee that every interaction will be free of accessibility barriers, but it will make reasonable efforts to address reported problems.

Getting help

If you have trouble accessing a page, calculator, policy, account control, payment flow, privacy request control, or any other part of GradeNeeded, contact support@gradeneeded.com. Include the page URL, the assistive technology or browser you use if you are comfortable sharing it, and what you were trying to do. Do not include passwords, student IDs, official records, or other sensitive information in the request.
