Do not sell or share my personal information
GradeNeeded does not sell personal information for money. GradeNeeded may use advertising, analytics, and optional support chat services that process cookies, device identifiers, IP-derived location, browsing activity, or support messages if you accept optional cookies or use those features. Under California law, some advertising or analytics activity may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by declining optional cookies, using the controls on this page, clearing your saved consent choice, enabling a supported Global Privacy Control signal, or contacting support@gradeneeded.com.
California rights
California residents may request to know/access personal information, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable, and exercise these rights without discrimination. GradeNeeded may verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests when they provide legally sufficient proof of authority.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account from Settings. Deletion removes account-linked planner data, study data, profile data, social data, notification data, AI usage records, and Clerk account access, subject to limited retention for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, anonymized, or aggregated records. You can also contact support@gradeneeded.com for help with deletion.
International privacy requests
GradeNeeded is operated from the United States. International users, including users in jurisdictions with GDPR-style rights, may contact support@gradeneeded.com to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply. If you do not want your data processed in the United States, do not create an account or submit personal information.
No discrimination
GradeNeeded will not deny service, charge a different price, provide a different quality of service, or otherwise discriminate against you because you exercised privacy rights. Some features may stop working if the data needed to provide them is deleted or if optional cookies are declined.

Send privacy requests to support@gradeneeded.com. Include the email address associated with your account and the request you want to make. Do not include passwords, student ID numbers, official school records, or other sensitive information in the request.
